1. Service Agreement
By booking services with Classy Maids LLC ("Company"), clients agree to the terms outlined below. We provide nightly rental turnover cleaning, linen laundry service, commercial cleaning, and residential cleaning services throughout Branson, Table Rock Lake, and Springfield metro areas.
2. Scheduling & Turnovers
For Airbnb and nightly rental hosts, bookings are scheduled based on mutual calendar coordination. While we prioritize peak-season turnaround windows (typically 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM), hosts are required to provide accurate guest checkout and check-in schedules in advance.
3. Access & Utilities
Clients must provide safe access to the premises (keypad codes, lockbox combinations, or on-site entry) and ensure functional water, electrical power, and climate control during cleaning visits.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment terms are confirmed during the quote and booking process. Invoices must be settled in accordance with the agreed schedule. For recurring commercial accounts, terms are specified in the commercial service proposal.
